2.6 If the design product further meets SmallRig's relevant evaluation standards, SmallRig may consider promoting the mass production of your design product through other channels. The details of the cooperation will be confirmed by a separate agreement.

3.Our Statements

3.1 The uploading of your design drawings does not guarantee that you will definitely get free samples produced by SmallRig. Whether it can be produced is still subject to SmallRig 's decision;

3.2 SmallRig will notify you of our decision on whether to produce your design product within approximately one week from when your design drawings are uploaded and will then confirm the relevant production details with you. SmallRig will send the samples within approximately three weeks from when both parties confirm the production details. Please note that the timeline stated above are estimated and can be varied subject to specific scenarios. The timeline stated above may be extended due to reasons such as communications, factory production efficiency and other factors.

4.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

4.1 This Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any provision of this Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. Both parties agree that when resolving disputes, the latest version of the "Terms of Use " that you have agreed shall prevail.

4.2 All disputes, controversies or disagreements which may arise between the Parties, in relation to or in connection with this Terms of Use, or for the breach hereof, should be settled by amicable negotiations. When negotiations fail, such disputes shall be finally settled by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (“SCIA”). The arbitral award will be final and legally binding on both parties.

5.Disclaimer

5.1 In no event shall SmallRig liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website.

5.2 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Only in those circumstances, the above Disclaimer may not apply to you.

6.Miscellaneous Provisions

6.1 We have the right to revise this Terms of Use and publish the revised version in accordance with changes in national policies, technical conditions, product functions and any other needs.

6.2 Once the revised Terms of Use is officially released, we will remind you of the modified contents in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to pop-ups, emails, internal messages, webpage announcements, etc), to reasonably make sure that you can keep up to date with the latest version of this Terms of Use.
